Brandy Melville is popular with most older teens I know.

I think brandy is more early - mid teen than 19/20/21 partly because the sizing is so small. Unless you know very thin older teens 😄
Subdued or Urban Outfitters - or again that may be more mid-teen but seem very popular at my daughter’s (private) school
