Cheapest EPC in London area?

Has anybody paid out for their own domestic EPC recently? The last time I had one done, it was around £28, now the costs I am finding online are around double that and beyond? Could anybody share which assessors they used if they were given a more reasonable quote (5 bedrooms). Thanks

My sister is an assessor in London and I don't think she's ever had a job for less than £80 and she's done it a good number of years. Wouldn't be worth the travel to do it for anything less than £80. I'm amazed you had it done for so cheap. She said a 5 bed house is easily £150.

I have found one for £49 but nothing lower. Perhaps that is a good price. It seems like a nice little earner.

That's very cheap I'm wondering if it's the same thing. A 5 bed house would take a couple hours, not including the paperwork after for the report.
