What are you buying your 18yo son for Xmas this year

I'm stuck for ideas for a main present.

No budget but not ridiculous £££.

I'd be interested in your ideas as I'm really stumped.

Apart from the usual stocking fillers, I really am stuck.

I got mine a suitable magazine subscription. Plus an I pad case. We are also going to the theatre as a family.

A Samsung tablet, clothes and money

My 20 year old son is getting a weekend to London & match tickets to an arsenal game.
Upgrading his phone (won't cost much cos he's due an upgrade.
And his usual annual PlayStation membership.
Then the usual chocolate of course.

Ds 18 has asked for a dental flosser! Dutifully ordered one for 40 quid from Argos!

If he is away from home a streaming subscription? Netflix, amazon prime etc.

Festival tickets

Driving lessons

Probably a laptop as he needs one.
Though might get that for birthday.

Might replace his ancient tablet or driving lessons.

Vouchers for a tattoo and some lego.

does teen want a theatre trip with the family as a present? Do they not ask for things just for themselves?

A microphone and a nutribullet (different sons)

Twin 1 - Nintendo 3DS, and Zelda games. What if? 2 by Randall Munroe.

Twin - Doctor Who dressing gown. Nintendo DS games. Terrarium or cacti for his room at uni.

That's all they've asked for. They're on a nostalgia trip for Nintendo stuff, hence all the old DS stuff.

Usual chocolate, socks etc.

By this point he has all the "stuff" he wants really. And driving lessons were previous present :) And he doesn't have any hobbies other than gaming (for which he has everything).

Depends on the teen I guess! Mine loves musical theatre. So we all go. He's a family boy and recently left home so I know he will love it! He misses us!!!

My DS will get money as he'd rather have more nights out at Uni than presents round the tree!

We have got him a few bits to open though - electric toothbrush, new razor, PJ bottoms, vodka miniatures, etc.

He's already had driving lessons, and is fully up to date on tech - annoyingly

So far I've got...an aero press, reusable coffee mug, Xbox game...and that's it. Any ideas gratefully received!
