Hi I am wondering what you do with your little ones when the room temp has dropped. I put my LO to bed in a sleepsuit and 2.5 tog with the temp at 18 degrees. But it drops to 15.5 degrees in the night which is cold.....I can't hardly wake him up and add in a piece of clothes 🤔 what do you do? I'm worried my LO is too cold int he night

A good indicator would be if he wakes up? Our house is often below 15 and the children def wake up, I will often add a cardi over the sleeping bag during the night if they wake. You can also get 3.5 tog sacks with arms! By 19 months my understanding is they are less likely to overheat (SIDS factor) as they are better able to regulate their temp

Does he wake? My DDs room gets to 16 some nights but she doesn't wake so I leave it! She wears long sleeved vest, sleep suit and 2.5 tog sleeping bag.

My 15 month old wears a long sleeve vest, baby grow/jammies and socks, 2.5 tog bag with sleeves. I dress him for what the lowest temp will be, not the highest. Really cold nights he wears a 3.5 tog instead.

I have an oil filled heater with a thermostat to keep the room at 17-18 degrees.

I have lived in some very cold houses and never had heating upstairs, my experience is that they wake if too cold.
