Plus size clothes

Hi I'm helping my elderly neighbour by going clothes shopping for her. Where is the cheapest place to buy clothes for her. She is a size 28. Needs to be a shop and not online. Thanks😀

Bon Marche have size 28 and probably more to suit an elderly lady
