Help! Vision Express Glasses order return

Ive just been to vision express for an eye test today, i bought a pair of glasses and been charged around £250 for glasses from the affordable range. i placed the order before the store closed. Now ive come home i regret buying them, I would like to cancel as im not happy with the quality of glasses they didnt feel very strong for the price and not happy with the overall cost of it. Do you think if i went into the store first thing tomorrow i would be able to cancel, they do have a 100 day return policy.

Once you have the glasses you can certainly return them for a refund within the 100 days, I did exactly that a couple of years ago when a pair I bought just didn't fit my face properly. I bought a different pair, but could have just had the refund. I don't know if they'd let you cancel before you have the glasses, you'd have to ask them.

thanks for replying- i dont have the glasses yet as i only placed the order this afternoon, are my reasons above good enough to get a refund? or do you think i have to wait til i get my glasses?

I'm afraid i have no idea, you'll need to ask Vision express.

I'm sure when I got my glasses from vision express they said I could return for any reason. For example if I wanted a different colour of sunglasses they would change them

Hi thanks for replying- I felt so rushed in store to pick one and now don't like the look of them and they are out of my price range, they've asked me to come in tomorrow to get a refund as a manager needs to be present. Hopefully they understand my reasons and give me my full refund.
