Has anyone used this before? It doesn’t have much information so I just assumed it was a free site, it allowed me to order replacement items for free, however I’ve since had an email asking me why I want the item and a copy of my order number, the bed is a couple of years old now so no longer under any warranty, has anyone used it before? And why doesn’t it ask for your order number before you order if there is a limit to how long you can replace something?
