As in, cost of food and energy.
An acquaintance runs a charity that supports refugees primarily, but she's also linked up with a local food bank. She/they are putting together a booklet of ideas for healthy meals that can be prepared and cooked quickly.
The emphasis is equally on cost and nutrition - the diet-linked health gap is widening so drastically, and they are trying to address this.
If anyone's got a go-to easy, healthy, cheap recipe that is lightish on expensive kitchen equipment (a blender, for example, is okay) and cooking time, and wants to share it, I'd be grateful.
It might be useful for other MNers too!
