Hi ! I have an interview this morning for a team secretary in an NHS mental health unit. I get so nervous before interviews, everything I’ve prepared leaves my head and I babble! Any tips would be appreciated, I really want this job! Any ideas what questions I’ll be asked? Thanks 😊

Have you tried googling nhs and job title with interview tips. Dc did this for an nhs job (he'd had two interviews that he didn't get so the morning of the interview watched lots of clips). He got the job, can't say if it was the reason but he was adamant it was.
Best of luck.

Yes I’ve just found a video on YouTube for a band 3 interview and he helps with the answers so I’m going to watch it over and over until it sticks!! Thank you 😊

I have volunteered at a hospital and there were lots of questions about dealing with patients’ privacy.

I’m guessing they would also ask you this for a ‘proper’ job.

Thanks everyone, I’ve just had the interview and I think it went okay but I was very nervous, I’m hoping what I said was good enough but I babbled a lot !!!

I’ve heard about people waiting months for them to send a formal job offer, I got mine by email today and lots of forms to fill out so let’s see how long it takes after I send them back! It’s a good job I’m still working, I’m not going to hand my notice in until I have a definite start date!

thanks for all the messages everyone 😊 xx
