I had these delivered on Friday. I didn’t realise they should have been in the freezer. They have been in the fridge all that time.

What do you think, should I?

There's no pic. If there's no meat in it then it's an easy decision - look and smell, if it's not mouldy you can eat it.

Vegetables & breadcrumbs? They’ll be fine but adjust the cooking time.

Well I had them, and quite liked them. But then I’ve not eaten fish in 30 years so I’ve got little to compare them to.
