My dd has my old iPhone 5 for playing games on.
When I first set it up, I set it up with a passcode to unlock it. However the battery is that bad on it, today I decided to remove the passcode so she didn’t have to keep coming to me to enter it.
Then I saw I needed to do a software update and the password wasn’t working so I thought I would reinstall the passcode in order to do it.
However for some reason, my fingers managed to type in the same passcode twice to set it, but can I work out what I wrote? Can I fuck!!
I then had the bright idea of logging out dd’s Apple ID in the hopes the passcode would go with it. Nope! I now have an iPhone that I can’t unlock and I can’t do a remote wipe either now because I stupidly logged dd out.
Help!! Or am I screwed
