Teacher looking to leave-next step

Teacher looking for the next step- any ideas what to try next? I feel like I have an admin job and social work position on the side of my actual real job -teaching. I've had enough. SEND experience but primary qualified.... not sure what else to do?

Have you considered learning design/instructional design/Ed tech?

I’m not on it myself, but I believe there’s a very good Facebook group supporting teachers who want to move on.

Try Thinking of Leaving Teaching on Facebook, they'll have loads of ideas.
