Fitting Ring Doorbell

I'm looking at ring doorbells in the Black Friday deals. I would need to fit it to the frame of my upvc porch door. Does anyone know if it could be stuck on with adhesive. I'm not keen on drilling into upvc.

I stuck mine to the upvc door frame with command strips. I'd say I've had it over a year now and it's still going strong & very exposed to the elements.

I used Gorilla tape.

We got a cover thing for it that clamps round the edge of the door.

How do you take it off to charge it if it is stuck on with Command Strios?
