Bloody All4 app! What am I doing wrong?

Posting here for traffic.

Installed our new fire stick today and all apps we have (the free ones at the mo ) are working fine - we can even watch the Home and Away pilot,woo hoo - with the exception of All4.

We can install and sign in fine but when we get to the menu page there are no images and then if we click on a programme we maybe get a few ads then nothing. It seems to buffer for a few minutes then we get the message "This is embarrassing, 4401 Network File Error try again later ". Which we have done several times but no luck,

We've tried signing in with both mine and DHs profile. Every other app is playing fine. We actually have the exact same problem on our iPad but I put this down to it being so old it probably can't support recent app versions.

I've even tried going into the fire stick settings and clearing the All4 data and cache.

HELP

4od is a terrible app and doesn't always play ball when connecting to firesticks and chromecasts. There's loads of troubleshooting guides online to help reset it all.

I've read a few but none seem to help.

It's so strange we had issues on the iPad too. I was wondering whether it just didn't like our WiFi
