Which outdoor security camera is compatible with switching off wifi every night?

I am having issues with my current one because the motion alert cloud edge app will no longer recognise the camera unless I reset everything. However, the provided reset instructions involve manually accessing a camera 15 ft above ground and scanning a QR code. I cannot see anything for remote reset any other way. The camera is wired, it cannot be dismounted and reset without unscrewing off the wall.

The camer's app works as an old fashioned view in live time but this is of limited use without any motion alert.

I do NOT want to leave the wifi on as a solution. I know it costs 60p per year to do this but it is for health reasons.

Does anybody know whether there is an outdoor camera which allows daily reset without dismounting?

How new is the router?
Can you group everything that isn't the camera together, and put parental restrictions on that group for the overnight hours you want the restriction for?

The router is the newer BT hub. I want to switch it off due to concerns about radiation rather than stubborn teenagers (we have not got there yet!).
