7 year old pointer, wormed with drontal every 3 months and advocate every month. Is it a worm?

She's v fit and healthy, just under 25kg. No symptoms of anything.

Not noodles! She has a kong - no other toys yo speak of save an old slipper.

Has she got hold of a hide chew from somewhere?

In the bin now! There were about half a dozen nuts if various lengths, had little holes in the surface. V odd.
