14 year old, otherwise healthy. Diarrhea since Wednesday, drinking plenty and eating small amounts.

No. NHS webpage says it usually stops within 5 to 7 day so I wouldn’t until day 8.

Unless they appear dehydrated. At that age they can try Imodium.

No, I would give rehydrating salts, probiotics and bone broth.
