Deep sided fitted sheet with elastic all the way around! Where from?

As in the title! I'm tired of the sheet pinging off the corners! And ideas? No one actually says whether the elastic goes all the way around the bottom of a meagre 25 cm in each corner. We have a mattress topper, hence the need for a deeper side.

TIA

John Lewis deep fitted sheets are excellent.

dazzlingdeborahrose · 27/11/2022 11:15

Dunelm do deep fitted sheets

openinggambit · 27/11/2022 11:16

I just buy Extra deep fitted percale ones off eBay, don't have any problems with them if they're deep enough. They do different depths.

I gave up & use flat sheets which was a game changer. Even the deep ones stop fitting in the end. Or buy a size up (king on a double etc).

dudsville · 27/11/2022 11:16

Can i mention an alternative? You can get grips, from amazon, elasticated garter clip things. That's what solved our problem!

doricgirl80 · 27/11/2022 11:17

We have a really deep mattress with topper and finally found sheets that stay on in the Costco website.

Juicylychee · 27/11/2022 11:19

Get a size bigger than your mattress

God I hate these. They're a nightmare to put on as you have to be able to lift a heavy mattress. Fuck doing that every week when you change the sheets!

These solved the problem for me.
Disagree with above post, I don't find them difficult to use at all, just slightly raise each corner and attach to the sheets.

I have a Super King with a very deep mattress (18” plus topper) the only ones I’ve found that are deep enough are Belledorm or Homescapes Extra Deep. They don’t ping off and they’re not a fight to get the last corner on..

Cleopatra67 · 27/11/2022 11:32

Rise and Fall are the absolute best. We bought a super deep mattress last year and these have really thick elastic and a label on the short side so you don’t put them on the wrong way round! Really good quality cotton and wash well. Worth the money - I got a set with duvet and pillow cases as well and then bought an extra sheet in a different colour.

Ginisatonic · 27/11/2022 11:33

Rise and fall are the only ones I’ve found that deal with our very deep plus topper mattress.

Ohyoudodoyou · 27/11/2022 11:33

M and a extra deep for a super king or whatever size your mattress is. Amazing quality I have two and they have been washed dozens of times, fit and stay on the bed. Bought about three years ago so not sure if they still have them but have a look there.

Cleopatra67 · 27/11/2022 11:33

Plus the elastic is all the way around not just on edges.

Frankly820 · 27/11/2022 11:37

George at Asda deep sheets have elastic all around and elastic in the corner seem, no complaints here on a deep matress plus topper. Wash and dry well too and not very expensive

WhistlingInWhistler · 27/11/2022 11:45

The best I've ever had are these, great quality, elasticated all the way round and a whopping 46cm deep, which is much more than some so called 'deep' fitted sheets. I see someone else has also recommended them.

Do the Rise and Fall sheets tumble dry without shrinking? And what temprature can they be washed at?

I don't have then running underneath the mattress, which is one option, i just have then on each corner. I'm in awe of such a simple solution!

WhistlingInWhistler · 27/11/2022 12:16

If you've got a really deep mattress/topper, the Homescapes sheets are 6cm deeper than the Rise and Fall ones.

EBearhug · 27/11/2022 12:17

John Lewis for cotton, Lilysilk for silk.

pigonalipstick · 27/11/2022 12:21

@dudsville ooooo tell me more? Mine didn't come with instructions so I didn't know there were options!

Mine have three fabric strips with a clip on each end.
