How soon after defrosting chicken do I need to cook?

Change of plan as now going out for dinner and no time to cook now.

I defrosted chicken overnight. It has fully defrosted now. Can I cook it tomorrow morning? Thanks

Yes , why would you think you couldn't ?
As long as its kept in the fridge it will be fine for 3 or 4 days

It'll be perfectly safe if kept in the fridge for a day or two.
