Clue. It probably isn’t great for everyone but I associate it with childhood so it’s very relaxing for me. What’s yours?

I don't think you'll like mine. Scream franchise - straight up.

I suffer from insomnia for many years, mainly use tv shows to sleep to (you probably wouldn't like those either )

I know all the sleep hygiene advice it does not work for me.

I'm currently on the west wing
