Hi I bought an item from vinted 2 weeks ago, it was received by Evri on the 13th but still hasn’t been sent out for deliver it just days “we got it” dated the 13th vinted won’t let me open a case till the 5th of December. Is this normal for vinted? Seems an awful long time!
