Feel like an awful mum but my unwell toddler is driving me absolutely mad

I feel like he hasn’t stopped whingeing / crying for the best part of 48 hours.

I know it must be rotten for him as he’s under the weather but the screams and the wails are really starting to drive me a bit mad. He slept so badly last night and I’m really tired and dreading tonight

I can empathise, my DH is working late today and I’ve had DD1 and DD2 all day, they’ve been winding each other and me up 😂

They are finally in bed and I’m just planning on lying on the sofa for the rest of the evening.
