Ring 111. You may need drugs or an IV to help.

Sip coke or ginger tea?

www.google.com/amp/s/www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/patient-education/acupressure-nausea-and-vomiting%3famp might help in the mean time.

I second trying acupressure but also I find Tonic Water helps

I find that mint helps, either chewing gum or just something like imperial mint sweets. Sympathy op, nausea is horrible.

Sips can be too much, have you tried water from a 5ml medicine spoon (or teaspoon if you haven't got one)? A spoonful every 15 minutes then start reducing the time once you can tolerate it.

If you aren't pregnant, then get someone to go to a late night chemist and ask for Buccastem. They really knock vomiting on the head
