Ghosted by beauty therapist?

Hi. I made an appointment with someone to visit my home recently to do a beauty treatment (only a few people in my area do it). All was going well arranging it and I paid a deposit. On the day there was no sign of them and 2 messages from me after asking if she was ok she eventually got in touch and said that there had been an emergency, full of apologies. I still wanted to proceed and said I'm happy to do it when she's free. She then asked if I could do it today. I messaged back soon after saying great, what time? That was several days ago and she's not read my message.

She's posted several times on her FB page since our previous communication and I left a comment asking her to get in touch. Then sent another message. She's still not read it and I'm wondering if she's got cold feet. And she still has my deposit. I know sometimes I don't get notifications through messenger that's why I comment on her actual page. Not sure what to do, it feels so awkward. Not sure if she's just not seen the messages or she's decided for some reason not to do it. Her FB page is full of glowing, 5 star reviews as well!

I would ring and ask for my deposit back, and if no joy (i.e you had to leave a voice message) start asking for the return on all her social media accounts, ensuring I was clear that she was the no show and failed to get in touch since).

Yeah I'll have to do something, I'm not sure if there's a number available though it was all done through FB.

The only thing I can think of (assuming she's not genuinely forgotten/not seen the messages) is that I asked if she could use a different technique as I don't like the one that she uses (I didn't tell her that though). She said yes she could and then we made the booking. So I'm wondering if she's maybe now thought oh shit I can't do it that way and is just ignoring me instead?! Bloody annoying if so.
