is it ok to eat coloured carrots raw?
I mean, I always eat orange carrots uncooked...is it ok to ear the red, yellow and white ones uncooked?

It doesn't matter what colour. They were originally purple.

I have been growing coloured carrots for a decade and have been using them freshly grated in coleslaws and salads for the whole time.

But you might get a purple tongue

It is amazing how much colour comes out when you cook them.
