Shoe rack hinge part - what is it called?

This bloody round things must have fallen out during the move and rendered the shoe tack unusable. I googled (Amazoned/eBayed) shoe rack hinge parts and it shows alongside the hinges in a bundle but never separately.

so… do you know what it’s called and when can I get it the cheapest, ideally on its own. Photos of the hinge without the round thing and the other hinge fully operational with the round thing.

It's called a pintle but it looks specifically designed for that rack, I very much doubt you'll find a spare.

The plastic housing that the pintle fits into may be worn, hence it slipped out

My 'pintle' also snapped recently and I managed to fix/bodge it by using a combination of washers and a screw.

it’s a generic shoe cabinet from eBay, maybe it’s bot unsurmountable to find a pontle that fits? Either way I’m kt equipped to look for the specific item.

i did try —shoving— inserting a screw but no luck. Worst case will start looking for an appropriate screw and washer. Plus blu tac 😬
