Is love overrated?

I've had good relationships in the past but have never had this 'head over heels' feeling or felt that someone was truly my soulmate. My relationships have been happy enough but I've never felt these intense feelings people describe when they're in love. Is love overrated or have I just not met 'the one' yet?

Maybe just havent met the one. I still thought about one of mine daily and it had been 16 years 🥺 he got back in contact after all that time and i still feel the same towards him even though he doesnt!

True love never dies as they say.. I cant see myself not loving him, ever. Nobody ever compared. Better people? for sure, better compatability? yes, did i feel the same for any of them? Never.

Same. Just feel like I settle for kindness. Never ever felt the butterflies.

I had ‘true love’ for many years, I adored him, but resentment kicked in and it’s gone now !
