clinginess with 8 month old

Hi everyone,
Just wondering what you experiences were/are around your baby being clingy with you? My 8 month old only wants to be around me is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

My experience is it’s totally normal! Knackering though!

Common and often a phase e.g. teething can make it worse

Normal around 8/9 months in my experience.
Had to strap my eldest to my back to get anything done.

Completely normal and a sign of secure attachment.
