Take your own pillow - I like a really flat pillow, the type that most people would consider ready to throw out, and most holiday cottages supply really high, plump pillows. I've been known to seek out cushions, throws, anything I can put in a pillow case before now to try and get comfortable.

If we travel by car I take my blanket. I use a single on our king size bed as well as the king size duvet. I sleep so much better if I take it with me. Apparently I am a child

Take my own pillow. Cotton sheets and sometimes duvet.

Also take piriton or cocodamol before bed 🤪

Or both, and have the best nights sleep ever.

Me too! I love a flat floppy pillow and always take it with me.
