Usually the weekend sees deals available until the Monday following Black Friday so your discounted item should still be available on the 28th.

I'd check it's as good as it seems first by using the website camelcamelcamel which allows you to put in the Amazon URL and track the price over time.

Otherwise it will usually end at midnight that day or at the end of 'cyber monday'. Amaxin do chop and change their deals a lot, I find.
