Card games for 2 players (teenager)

I'm looking for a card game to play with DS (15). We've love games like UNO, Monopoly Deal and Exploding Kittens but looking around, so many of the games seem to be for a minimum of 3 players.

Any suggestions please?

it is addictive!! In a good way!

Learn to play magic the gathering - you can buy a couple of starter decks pretty cheaply and if you have a gaming store near you someone will show you the ropes

It's better with more players, but still works really well as a two person game.

We like playing 5 Crowns - 2 or more can play.
I bought mine on Amazon for around £10.
