Thong waxing 1st timer

Ladies I am going for my first ever intimate waxing soon. Always wanted to and finally taking the plunge. It’s with an experienced beautician who I know well and trust and will be using hot wax .
I have very little idea of what to expect. I am not particularly shy and having seen various gynaecologists over the last couple of years not that bothered on that front.
Will she use stirrups ? Will it hurt ? How long after will it settle down ? How long does it take and what actually happens?

I tried shaving a few months ago and it left visible painful scratches for several days . Hence the waxing.

@twoandcooplease this is not a troll post. I could ring my beautician but she is generally busy all day and didn’t want to bother her. She has written a blog which I have read. But I still have questions .
oh well I may just have to wait then .

Be sure to get you hands and toes waxed, too.

The body adjusts to being waxed. For the first time take 2 paracetamol around an hour before and don't have sex the same day.

If you know the beautician very well just ask them..........
