How can I get my parcel from UK customs?

I have an international order coming that arrived in the UK two weeks ago (my tracking tells me) and I've still had no notification of the duty to be paid so I can free it up to be delivered. This is super frustrating. And now I hear the postal workers are on strike for another 48hrs. Is there anything I can do?

I think you just have to wait unfortunately

Once it's finished processing you will be notified, or you can contact them directly your tracking should tell you where it is. Mine are usually at Hounslow, it's a busy time of year for them so I would just be patient.

I'm just praying it's not lost.
