I've been a client of a salon for years with 1 stylist. He messed my hair up a few times and it needed to be redone. I now see someone else in the salon who is more senior.
Going well so far. However I usually get my roots tinted lighter than my natural colour as my lengths are blonde. After my recent appointment, it looks a bit warm/bright. Should I raise this or leave it? I don't want a reputation of a serial complainer. It's not a huge deal considering we're in winter I suppose?
