Christmas days out with tweens

What do you do once the Santa thing is over to keep Christmas magical? What are the best UK days out / destinations?

I feel like we've done everything already. What have I missed? There must be something.

Ice skating?
Different towns decorations?
Winter wonderlands?
Xmas markets?
We went to Exeter for the weekend last year, stayed in a premier inn(£45 last I looked). Shopped, went in the cathedral, did all the photo props then went to winter wonderland(older ones went skating, younger ones would have meet Father Xmas but it was cancelled due to a storm).

We’re going to the Christmas lights at Kew which we’ve done for many years but never tire of it!
I’m taking dd to see The Nutcracker ballet streamed live in the cinema. Afterwards we’ll go to Starbucks for the new praline cookie hot chocolate!
A few days later I’ll then take DS to see A Christmas Carol: A Ghost Story and we’ll probably get another hot chocolate afterwards.
We’ve also got the Coca Cola truck tour www.coca-cola.co.uk/marketing/christmas/keep-on-trucking coming fairly near us and we’ll do carols by candlelight.

I've booked a light trail already, and a panto - but we do those every year. Still looking for ideas if anyone else has a suggestion.

Ice skating mostly (mine can all skate really well. I can sit and play candy crush pretty bloody well too). Cinema although I want to see Matilda and they want to se avatar.

If I may very lucky I may get them to do the local NT place done up for Christmas as long as there is cake at the end.

Mostly though it's days in we plan. Dd2 and I have pencilled in the 23rd for Disney day. Dd1 wants to make truffle and tile log and decorate the cake. Strictly final with pizza.
