I dont have my heating on much. Have only turned it on the past couple of weeks for 2 hours a day but its colder now.I have DD's 8 and 16, single parent.
Ive set my boiler to come one for 2 hours but have boosted it a few times.
My question is, is it best to keep the house at a certain temp and leave boiler on 24/7 or have on for an hour each morning/ evening although this has increased recently.
Mine currently comes on about 16/17, or have my boiler on 24/7 at a lower temp, my thermostate is on bottom floor and have 3 floors. Also I could cope with no heating but extra layers but kids are moaning!
