Hi everyone. Please can I hear your tips for helping your kids deal with exam stress, as in how to help them rein back their panicky and self-sabotaging thoughts. Are there any you tube clips, short meditations, etc you'd recommend?

3 ds in our house. Last one doing mocks this time.

I have made sure we had long dog walks in nice places, gives you time to check in with how they are, plus good for them. Do the things they enjoy, have things to look forward to, nutrient rich meals, plenty of water. Not to late to bed.

Unless they were already doing meditation I wouldn't bother, and haven't bothered with mine. There are so many other ways of managing stress. A run for some people can feel better than yoga/meditation. It's a very personal thing. Also, have a chat... What do they find helpful? How would they like you to help them?

Hope you all get through ok, it's a tough time for them.
