Can anyone recommend a heated throw/hoodie

Any recommendations appreciated please. Also, how do they work - are they running off electric or a charged battery?

Poor DD is a student at uni in Scotland. Their flat is lovely, but high ceilings, old sash windows and other students are refusing to put heating on, even on low. She's been wearing her dressing gown or oodie over clothes, but wondered if something heated might be more beneficial.

Lakeland sell a heated poncho. It is like a heated throw and has an electric plug and has poppers down the front of it so you can wear it round your shoulders and it doesn't fall off. I wear one while wfh and it is great. When I'm not working I wear an oodie as you can't move about with the heated poncho. I've heard of heated hoodies which have battery packs and would like to read a review of one.

Thanks for your reply. I'll pass it on.

Does anyone else have any other recommendations please?
