Hi all

Does a 1-kg kettlebell exist? I've been recommended exercising with one, and need a light one because of my injuries, but looking online they seem to start at 1.5kg.
TIA.

Could you not just use a 1kg dumbbell? I use dumbbells for e.g. kettlebell swings - at that weight it'll be fine!
Apols if you need specific exercises that need a handle....?

I have seen 1kg Kettlebells but I can't imagine a situation in which it would be better than a dumbbell. The same weights work differently if they are kettlebell-shaped, somehow, and swings etc need a bit of heft. For lifts, a dumbbell would be easier to control...

I've been specifically recommended (by my physio) a kettlebell because they're unstable. It's to do with the injury I'm working on. I did ask him the exact same question as I was hoping I could just use tins of beans! Grin
