How to remove background image from photo?

Hey! I've got a lovely pic of my son which I'd love to print and put up, but half his brothers head is behind his and it looks weird. It's such an awesome photo but I can't put it up as it is. Anyone know how I can get rid of the head in the background? Pretty sure there's a way I just don't know how. Some sort of photo app? Or - even better - somewhere I can send it up do it for me? 😂

If you have a google phone there is a magic eraser function which will do this.
