I'm on the look out for really thick, genuine wool jumpers, indoor jackets, super warm slippers etc. Anything excellent to keep us warm. My first recommendation is sheepskin insoles for slippers. I ordered mine from Aliexpress quite cheaply. I'd like to find a good supplier of ski thermals as I've been told they keep you really warm under regular clothes. Any other ideas gratefully received.

Super thread idea. I'll add smartwool socks. Ecco boots.

Oysho. Inexpensive beans but good quality. They do some thermal stuff but if you search their warm range they have some lovely base layers.

Decathlon have 100 per cent merino base layers.

This is another great brand for thermals. I have the outdoor leggings in different colours.

Guernsey sweaters www.guernseywollens.com Definitely the thickest and warmest I've come across.

I have hillwalked in the past so have thermals from Mountain Warehouse, Sainsburys and cheapy ones from eBay that I like the best. They need to be skin tight. I had a pricy merino wool thermal base layer on yesterday (in the office) but because it's marginally too big, it did not trap the heat in.
