How do you make extra cash? I work part-time due I have a 2YO to look after and I am trying keep the costs down but it is a struggle so what do you do? Any advice? I am quite good at design.

I second surveys as a decent source of money and use Swagbucks like Ebbierocks.
I also find YouGov very good, especially lately as there are many more ways to earn on their site.

I do holiday cat feeding.

I sell used stuff on vinted, make anything from £10-£60 a week.

Depends on your skills. Are you good at writing? You can do freelance copywriting, social media management for a small company, etc

I do an extra day at work usually a Saturday as its double time so that's £300 for one day after tax. I also make dollshouses. I can sell one for ,£400 (adult collector type) but I don't do it that often as I don't have time.

I will try Topcashback. I shop through Swagbucks now as you get somewhere between 2 and 10p back per £ in points but it may be even better.

Do you own where you live? If so, rent out your spare room on Airbnb.

I let IpsosMori watch my phone and tablet internet use for about £15/month. I don't care if they know how much time I waste on mumsnet! It just runs in the background. I also do surveys for them and kantur through LSE, and YouGov (about 30 mins/month). So about £350/year. I'm about to do a Welsh government survey about health care provision for £260!

My step daughter gave up her job when she started her family but wanted to occupy herself and earn some pin money. She was a window dresser for a department store.

She buys children's clothes from Next and Tk Maxx and has beautiful backdrops and the clothes displayed to look Co ordinated.

They go abroad a lot and she will often buy children's clothes there in bulk and ship it back to her home address.
