Feeling trapped at work

I have 2 young DC (3 and 1).
I only want to be working part time up to an absolute max of 30 hours while they're young.

I work in a completely tedious accounts job at the moment and I hate the atmosphere where I work.

I've always been interested in moving into a more people-orientated role such as social work, mental health or even teaching.

But the training for all these sorts of roles is full time. Is there any potential solution to this other than waiting a few years until the kids are older?

Would you consider online courses? You may want to search online for a few courses I understand social care is more about interaction with people but it's something to add to your CV.
