Speaking on the phone to my 'little" Brother this morning and wishing him a Happy Birthday, it reminded me that we always thought he was a Scorpio (November 22nd). When I was younger it was always the case that Scorpio ended on 22nd. But I remember a few decades ago seeing in papers that it now seems ro end on 21st. Anyone know why?
