Scottish power energy payment

Has anyone not received the November payment yet? My DD goes out on the 1st of each month and according to their website, I should receive the payment within 5 days 🤔

I've had mine

It doesn't look like I have received this month's payment either. I got an email on the 7th of October telling me my discount had been applied but not had an email this month.

I had mine a couple of weeks ago (about a week before they sent the email telling me they were going to pay it 🙈)

My mums went into her bank on the 8th - she pays by DD

Mine was applied to my bill issued on 15th - I pay for what I use when the bill is issued

I’ve had mine.

So odd. Should probably ring but CBA waiting 🤣
