Hi. I am after a hand hold or advice or I dont really know what!
DD confided in me and said her BF has sexually assaulted her on numerous occasions (They are not together now)
I thought the BF was lovely, little did I know. The police are now involved but I am so scared.

I had a similar experience when I was a teenager. I didnt tell my parents until I split up from him when I was 23. It took a lot to open up. I am glad she is free from him and I hope the police can help get her some justice x

Speak to Rape Crisis, they can advise how best to support your dd.

Thank you so much. I am just shocked, shocked that this shit goes on.... My poor DD was only 14, I feel like a terrible parent but did put her on contraception when I found out something was going on x

The police officer has given me a phoneline I can refer her to if she wants.
DD seems ok. He has done it before though as she has spoken to an Ex

Your poor daughter. That's really really shocking, especially as she was young so young and it was multiple assaults. I'm really glad she can confide in you.
