Can someone please explain what is meant by a Section 21, 6a regarding landlords and tenancy agreements?

Isn't it a landlords intention to repossess a property under the No Fault legislation?

So tenant not in rent arrears but LL needs property to be vacated by tenant for other reasons?

It's an eviction notice, e.g. when the landlord wants to sell the property.
