Is anyone familiar with running a gofundme page? I've done some modest fundraising for a small charity, and now need to link the gofundme page to my bank account (as per the gofundme processes to set up withdrawal verfification). I have tried several times, and the website fails at the point where it tries to load Adyen (the process they use to link to bank accounts). It just says 'sorry something went wrong, please try again'.
Has anyone had this problem and found a way round it?
I've tried to speak to gofundme via live chat but I can't get past their chat bot to speak to a real person.
