cranberry and orange sauce

does anybody have the recipe for Gordon Ramsay's caramelised cranberry and orange sauce? There is just the cranberry and apple sauce from him on line but I'm sure I did one with orange last year. It was delicious. I can find other recipes for cranberry and orange sauce but his was exquisite.

it's very close comtesse as far as I remember it,- the caramelisation and star anise. I think I'll go with it. Thank you.
