Bugger- just lost all my nectar points!

I tried to use my nectar points towards a scooter for my daughters birthday. Claimed 2000 points with gave me £10 off. The Argos website then went into a loop and would t let me check out.

They've bloody nectar says they are spent because I redeemed the voucher but I never managed to check out!

I know it's only £10 but I'm so annoyed!

This happened to me, it was a lot more than £10 though. It took a few weeks to get them back, the nectar online chat thing wasn’t very helpful and they just kept saying they would go back the next day, eventually after the 4th chat I was told they should have said it would be 21 working days. Get in touch with them and let them know so that there is a log of it but they should eventually come back to you, just be aware it could take a while.

I'm sure you'll be able to resolve it if you contact them. Not quite the same situation but mine were recreditied after a week or so if I recall.

Thank you al for the reassurance. They must have improved their systems because I got an email at 1am saying it had been refunded and the points are back!
